Once we receive the products you have purchased, we will inspect them and initiate the refund process through our payment provider. The time it takes for the refund amount to be transferred to your bank account or credit card may vary depending on your bank.

All orders placed until 12:00 are handed to the delivery company the same day, and orders placed after 12:00 are handed to the delivery company the next day. The products you purchased will reach you within 1-2 business days once they are received by the delivery company.

You need to create a return or exchange request by e-mailing us at customercare@artrtw.com and send the item back to us within 14 days of receiving if. In accordance with our return and exchange policy, the product must have all the labels on it and reach us undamaged.

When you return a product whose label is broken or stained for any reason, a 10% fee will be deducted from the non-discounted sales price of the product. The remaining amount will be refunded to you. The fee deduction is used for the label and cleaning costs incurred.
