1. General Description
Within the scope of the Law, personal data includes all kinds of data related to an identified or identifiable natural person. Sensitive Personal Data, which is a special type of personal data, refers to race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect, other beliefs, clothing and clothing, membership of associations, foundations or unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, biometric and genetic data.

5. As a Personal Data Owner, Article 11 of the Law Your Rights Listed in the Article
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, we inform you that as data subjects, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed or not,
- If your personal data has been processed, to request information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- In case your personal data is processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request their correction and to request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring the processing of personal data disappear, even though they have been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant law provisions, and requesting that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively by means of automated systems,
- To request the compensation of the damage if you have suffered damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
If you submit your requests regarding your rights to us by the methods specified below, the request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature.
In order to exercise your rights, after filling out and signing the relevant person/data subject application/request form, a copy of which is available at the www.aretereadytowear.com address or which you can physically obtain from the Data Controller, you must fill out and sign this application form or your original signed petition to exercise your rights;
