1- Log in to your account and create a refund request. If you don't have an account, e-mail customercare@artrtw.com about your return request.

2- Make sure that the item(s) you want to return are in the condition you received them and have all tags on.

3- Fill in the return section of the invoice with the item(s) you wish to return and your signature. You can find the invoice in the package.

4- Pack the item(s) securely.

5- Request a pick-up from your preferred address by contacting us at customercare@artrtw.com.

All orders placed until 16.00 will be shipped on the same day. Your orders are delivered within 1-2 business days by our contracted delivery company.
